Here at Creative Loafing, we love a good competition. And we love well-prepared food. So we're combining the two and announcing the 1st ever Iron Fork event!
On Wednesday, April 17, we're taking five of Charlotte's top chefs armed with the skills, the passion and the dedication to create one tasty dish and pinning them against each other, all for the sake of charity. The battle happens at CenterStage@NoDa — more details to come.
But we need your help! We're asking our readers to nominate the best chefs in Charlotte - we're looking for executive chefs who know their way around the kitchen and are able to take our secret ingredient, to be revealed at the event, to create one amazing, fantastically-crafted dish. Does the chef at your favorite steakhouse make you come back for more? Nominate that person for Iron Fork and congratulate them on a job well done.
